Qualifications

Overview

We are seeking a technically strong qualified Practice Manager for our niche practice in Hammersmith - salary £75k-90k per annum + benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review corporate tax returns and financial statements under FRS105 and FRS102a for an array of interesting and organised clients in education, entertainment, energy and property.
  • Review of personal tax returns and prepare as and when schedule allows
  • Review management accounts prepared by our in house team
  • Liaise with prospective clients
  • Identify and resolve tax and accounting issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist with workflow and job planning
Profile / Qualifications
  • Professional certification (ACCA, ACA) + at least 3-4 years PQE and currently be reviewing accounts and tax returns in their existing role
  • Should show career / job stability in last roles
  • Proven experience in tax and accounting in a professional services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Xero or QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in CCH will be an advantage
