Overview

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Practice Manager.

Responsibilities

As Practice Manager, you will lead our team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing practice standards, HR, payroll, financial planning, building maintenance, and project management. You’ll work closely with IVC Evidensia’s Area Support team, attending meetings with neighboring practices to collaborate and promote learning and development.

We offer a full range of services, from preventive care and surgical procedures to advanced diagnostics, tailored to meet the unique needs of every pet. What we are looking for

We are seeking a candidate with strong management and leadership skills, though training and support will be provided as needed. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive in problem-solving, and enjoy working with a motivated team. Your role will be key in fostering a positive and efficient workplace for both staff and clients. A valid driving license is required for attendance at internal meetings and travel between sites.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week split across 5 days, working Monday to Friday. Start and finish times can be flexible allowing you to enjoy a great work-life balance.
