We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Practice Host to join our Putney team You’ll be stepping into the role as one of our Practice Hosts prepares to go on maternity leave.

While this role is based primarily in Putney, the successful candidate could have a permanent contract at one of our future London clinics within the next 12 months, as we continue to expand across the city.

As a Practice Host, you'll be responsible for greeting clients with a friendly wag of the tail, answering phones with a purr-fectly pleasant attitude, and scheduling appointments with the speed of a cheetah. You'll also assist our furry patients with check-ins, weigh-ins, and making sure they feel as comfortable as a cat in a sunbeam.

In this role, you'll need to have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our clients and their pets receive the best care possible. A love for animals is a must, as well as the ability to handle any hairy situations that may come your way.
