Our client is looking for a PR Account Director for one of their key clients in the tourism space. Working in a fast‑paced environment and overseeing a team, this role will require experience in communications and PR in the travel and lifestyle sectors. The role will have lots of scope for creativity and innovation and will require a proven ability to design, implement and manage large PR campaigns, with the skill to write engaging copy and have a good eye for detail. Working closely with internal teams and third‑party service agencies you will have strong media relationships with both the travel trade and consumer press and enjoy an excellent reputation with the travel media.

  • Excellent track record as a PR professional gained within the travel, tourism or hospitality sectors
  • Able to manage staff, teams, and external agencies
  • Strong knowledge of the PR industry with an excellent range of media contacts within travel and content creation opportunities

  • Experience working in a matrix environment within an international business would be useful
  • A strong network of media contacts ideally within the travel, hospitality, lifestyle media (trade and consumer)
