This role is mainly B2C with a hint of B2B, and these relationships are the result of sustained, high standards: it goes without saying that you’ll share these values, too.

You’ll probably realise that you’ll be the trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact for your clients, advising them on, and implementing, the most impactful activity to achieve their objectives, ensuring you add real value to their business. To help you make these relationships work, you’ll have some great people around you who will all help you achieve your aims.

The role will involve developing PR, social and content strategies and solutions for the brands, handling communication issues at all levels, ensuring meaningful results are achieved. What we’re looking for

We’re after a PR Account Director who enjoys immersing themselves in their clients, developing an understanding of their business, objectives, and strategy as well as their competitors and you’ll need to be someone who recognises how your work can make a real difference to their business. You’ll have great account handling skills, lots of initiative, a creative spark, and be the type who is always looking for opportunities to help your clients prosper. You won’t mind getting your sleeves rolled up. Apart from your expertise in B2C PR, you’ll also have wider experience of social media as well as management skills to nurture and develop your team.

This opportunity will most likely suit a creative and innovative PR practitioner, who’s used to working with big names in the PR world, coupled with solid agency-based PR experience. Knowledge of the PR and digital space is important, and a strong sense of what works across social channels is quite handy.
