Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in inspection processes and test equipment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and drawing symbols.
• Knowledge of quality tools for fault diagnosis and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts against drawings or specifications to BS 8888 standards.
• Independently inspect manufactured products via the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
• Undertake first article inspection for part approval process (PPAP).
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformance.
• Compile and analyse data for statistical process control.
• Manage the calibration process.
• Participate in continuous improvement.
