A growing Intelligent Automation Consultancy seeks a Tech Lead for Power Platform to guide architecture and deliver solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will manage a team of senior consultants and drive client workshops. Applicants should have at least 5 years of consulting experience and a proven track record in Power Platform implementations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of consulting experience ideally across multiple client environments.
• Proven track record leading and delivering Power Platform solutions end to end.
• Strong communication and the confidence to handle workshops, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to influence, coach and motivate delivery teams.
• Experience managing senior consultants or leading technical teams.
• Deep knowledge of core Power Platform components.
• Solid architectural thinking and problem-solving across enterprise scenarios.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead across Power Platform engagements.
• Architect and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
• Run client workshops, discovery sessions and technical deep dives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and present solutions with clarity.
• Guide teams through tricky functional and non-functional requirements.
• Mentor and manage senior consultants, setting standards and supporting their development.
• Work closely with clients in person when required.
• Provide hands-on support across projects while shaping wider practice direction.
• Stay ahead of Power Platform capabilities, emerging features and related Azure services.
