Position: Registered Home Manager (Residential - Elderly Service)

Location: Colchester, Essex

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Bonus Scheme

We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Registered Home Manager to lead a medium-sized residential care home in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable care provider known for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults. The Registered Home Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting and developing the team, and ensuring the smooth operational and financial running of the home. This role follows the planned departure of the current Home Manager and offers a chance to make a real impact during a time of growth and innovation.
