Job summary

A leading Magic Circle law firm in Greater London is seeking a Document Review Paralegal / Support Lawyer. This role requires a native Portuguese speaker with strong client service skills and a good grasp of relevant software like Relativity. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar field and excellent communication skills. A commitment to inclusivity and teamwork is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Document Review Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment.You will get experience working with document review software, such as Relativity, as well as working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service.

Please find below some required qualification / experience for your CV to be considered:

Technical Capability
  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • LPC / SQE / BPTC / Foreign qualified or Future trainee
  • 2:1 and above degree / equivalent overseas degree
  • Background experience, desirable 2+ years in relative field
Client Development
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Sound understanding of the legal market
  • Strong awareness of MS office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Extremely organised - able to prioritise and manage workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent eye for detail and presentation
  • Good office administration skills
  • Quality assurance and customer service experience
  • Within commuting distance to London
Work Management
  • Ability to work within a pressurised environment
  • Willingness to work long hours when required
  • Strong attention to detail (especially on time consuming and repetitive tasks)
  • Imaginative, highly motivated and driven to excel
  • Team player but able to work autonomously where necessary
