Here’s what you can expect to get up to…

• As PMO Lead at WM Reply, you will drive project governance, delivery assurance, and operational excellence across multiple client engagements. Working closely with project managers, consultants, technical leads, and clients, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• You’ll own resourcing and capacity planning, embed best-practice delivery frameworks, oversee project health and risk management, and act as an escalation point where needed. You’ll also lead continuous improvement initiatives, facilitate kick-offs and lessons learned, and provide clear, executive-level reporting to support confident decision-making.

What’s needed?

• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

• Proven experience creating and embedding project governance frameworks

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational skills with a delivery-focused mindset

• Experience with resourcing, capacity planning, and project oversight

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 tools, including Copilot

• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments

• PRINCE2 and Scrum Master certifications are desirable
