Overview

Organisation: Derby Homes

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract type: 2 Permanent positions

Job purpose

Derby Homes are looking for an enthusiastic plumber with gas qualifications. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of all plumbing aspects, including full heating installs, air source heat pumps, kitchen and bathroom/wetroom installations, and will have in-depth knowledge of gas installations, gas appliances, service and repairs, and excellent customer service skills. Must be Gas Safe competent and ACS qualified to install and/or work on domestic gas appliances and services, including the appropriate ACS qualifications in domestic gas work.

Responsibilities
  • Working in new build/refurbishment properties, kitchen and bathroom/wetroom installation.
  • Working in properties owned by Derby Homes and privately owned residences.
  • In-depth knowledge of central heating and hot water systems.
  • Good communication skills with other team members.
Additional information

To help you achieve this you will get a transit style vehicle which can be used to travel to and from your home; this will also be provided full of van stock. YOU need to complete our driver assessment.
