Overview

Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in Yeovil and surrounding areas to work on social housing properties, mainly planned works in void properties, with occasional work in occupied houses. Working with a reputable maintenance company.

This is a permanent opportunity paying £35,000-£36,000 per annum, with 21 days holiday, and a van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of plumbing maintenance and planned works.
• Completing a variety of works in other trades to get properties ready, with a focus on plumbing.
• Driving a company van safely.
• Reporting to your supervisor.
• Getting a property ready for the next tenant.
• Replacing kitchens and bathrooms.
• Tiling and painting.
• Full property renovations.

Requirements

• Plumbing qualification or time served.
• Good multi-trade experience.
• Previous experience working within social housing.
• Positive attitude.
• Honest and reliable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.
