Pay Range: price work, from £280/day

Contract type: self-employment. Right to Work in the UK is required

We are looking for an experienced Plumber who can join our team in the South West London area for a Kitchen and bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing works within social housing properties
• Carry out all duties in an efficient, courteous manner with due respect to any special circumstances or needs of tenants affected
• Always present a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Experience in social housing properties
• Access to own vehicle that can be driven for work purposes
• Own tools
• JIB/ CSCS card
• Right to work in the UK
• Public Liability Insurance

Desirable qualifications

• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Manual handling (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
• Working at height (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
