A professional football club in England is seeking an ETC Player Development Lead to develop coaches and players. This part-time role focuses on overseeing the delivery of the coaching curriculum and individual development plans. Ideal candidates will hold a UEFA B Licence and have passion for holistic player development. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The position requires commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people. This role is based onsite at the club's location with 6 hours of work per week.
Forest Green Rovers Football Club are excited to recruit an Emerging Talent Centres (ETC) Player Development Lead. The successful candidate will contribute to the long‑term development of coaches and players within Forest Green Rovers ETC.
This is a part‑time, permanent position (6 hours per week) based onsite at FGR, located at The New Lawn in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
