Overview

This role will provide programme leadership for the development of the HEIW Integrated Medium Term Plan. As a Business Partner you will work collaboratively with Directorates in developing their strategic planning and improving their performance as part of the planning and performance team approach. It is an exciting time to join Health Education and Improvement Wales as we continue to support the development of a world leading quality focused health and care system, and this includes you, development is a key part of the role and there are a multitude of opportunities available. The postholder will undertake a strategic role in leading the development and delivery of HEIW's Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) on behalf of NHS Wales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of HEIW's Integrated Medium Term Plan (IMTP) on behalf of NHS Wales.
• Responsible for Business Continuity Planning ensuring HEIW has a fit-for-purpose Business Continuity Plan and supporting any crisis management arrangements.
• Undertake line management of the Assistant Planner for the IMTP and Sustainability Programme Manager.
