Planner/Scheduler - Passive Fire

GBP32,000 PA

Our client, an established social housing contractor who operate nationally, are looking for an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join their growing team.

The role will be based in Buckhurst Hill reporting to the Operations Manager, booking in all works for their FIRE Division. You must have PASSIVE FIRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients to book in work
• Running the engineers diaries
• Collating and sending RAMS
• General admin duties and support
• Updating portal with job information
• Sending reports
• General admin

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling, especially with Passive Fire
• Highly motivated and able to work on your own
• Hardworking and good with clients
• IT/Excel and Word experience in similar roles dealing with the FM industry
