Our client is a respected Lancashire-based building contractor delivering projects up to £20 million across the health, education, and commercial sectors. The Role

They are looking for an experienced Construction Planner to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across our portfolio. Working closely with project and site teams, you will be responsible for producing and maintaining detailed programmes, identifying critical path activities, and supporting tender and live project planning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes for both tenders and live projects
• Liaise with estimating, design, commercial, and site teams to ensure accuracy of programmes
• Carry out regular programme reviews and updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify potential delays or issues and propose mitigation strategies

Produce short-term lookahead plans in coordination with site teams and maintain programme status throughout construction phases.
