A regional healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join its dedicated therapy team, primarily at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, with responsibilities across multiple sites. You will deliver high-quality rehabilitation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to patient care improvements. Applicants must be HCPC registered, possess strong clinical skills, and be flexible in their working arrangements. This role is open only to current NHS staff within the local area.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dedicated therapy team within the West Kent community hospitals. Based primarily at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, which delivers care across the NOF pathway, frailty, and a range of orthopaedic and medical conditions. You may also provide cover at our Hawkhurst and Tenterden sites when required.
Working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred rehabilitation to inpatients with diverse needs. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with local partners to enhance patient care, contribute to safe and timely discharges, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a friendly, multi‑disciplinary environment.
At this stage, the role is open only to colleagues currently employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB).
