A healthcare service provider in Torquay is seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to housebound patients. Responsibilities include conducting advanced assessments, formulating treatment programs, and working within a supportive multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone to act as a source of expertise on the assessment and management of patients presenting with a wide range of pathologies to physiotherapists, student physiotherapists, skilled non-registered staff, other healthcare professionals, GPs, Consultants, patients and their carers.
Able to provide a high standard of physiotherapy service within Torbay. This will involve community rehabilitation, crisis response and Intermediate care cover. You will be required to work between these areas dependant on needs of the service, this will take part in the Baywide Intermediate Care weekend rota and late duty rota within the zone. This may also include from time to time, covering other localities within the Trust.
