We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Aberdeen, WA!

$72k - $120k / year

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patients’ functional status and physical therapy needs. Assist physicians in developing the therapy plan of care.
  2. Provide services within your scope of practice as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with the healthcare team.
  3. Observe and report patients’ responses to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
  4. Treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum functioning using accepted standards.
  5. Instruct and inform team members, patients, and families about the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress.
  6. Visit patients according to the Plan of Treatment, complete progress notes for each visit, and submit them per policy.
  7. Complete all patient evaluations and develop the PT plan of care within state-specific guidelines.
  8. Report outcomes of evaluations, goals, and projected frequency of care.
Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
