A mental health care provider in Manchester is seeking an enthusiastic Physical Health Support Worker to join the Later Life Team. You will support adults over 65 with secondary mental health needs, provide physiological assessments, and be an integral part of the Community Mental Health Team. Essential mental health experience is required, alongside a relevant NVQ qualification. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with opportunities for professional development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Physical Health Support Worker to join the Later Life Team. The team supports adults over 65 with secondary mental health needs and Memory Assessments. We cover the South Manchester area and support people in their own homes, sheltered/Extra Care Housing or in care homes. The post does not require professional registration, but experience of mental health is essential. The post holder's professional development will be supported by the service through regular supervision and training opportunities.
