Our Photographer produces high-quality visual content that captures the essence of our brand. You will plan, shoot, and edit photography and video across e-commerce, social media, and campaign projects, ensuring every image and video reflects our signature style and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Photography & Content Creation
  • Capture product photography that showcases fit, detail, and texture for e-commerce and social media use.
  • Film engaging video content for social media and paid platforms.
  • When needed, assist with video editing.
  • Set up lighting, equipment and backgrounds for a variety of shoots.
  • Experiment with new creative concepts and test ideas inspired by competitor research and trends.
Styling & Creative Direction
  • Arrange for products to be shot and plan how they will be styled, captured, and which model will be appropriate for the outfits.
  • Select props, backgrounds, and locations based on theme and campaign/season.
  • Source and price up location shoots, ensuring alignment with budget.
  • Plan photoshoots using visual content calendar and contribute fresh ideas including no-model creative concepts.
  • Review and evaluate all photoshoot content, including highlights and lowlights, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement to ensure consistent high-quality output.
Collaboration & Model Relations
  • Work closely with models, make-up artists and the creative team to achieve the desired look and tone.
  • Select and source new models.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of photoshoot logistics, booking models, arranging travel and accommodation, sourcing and securing locations, organising hair and makeup (if required), styling to ensure seamless execution including optimising shoot timing by directing models effectively.
  • Liaise with E-commerce Executive to test how images appear on the website.
Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit, retouch, enhance photos and videos to brand standards. Edit images for the website to ensure a consistent look-matching lighting, exposure and model presentation across all images; Edit images to be optimised and visually engaging for social media.
  • Adapt assets for use across social, paid and digital platforms.
  • Share video editing workload collaboratively with team members.
Brand Alignment & innovation
  • Stay up to date with photography and videography trends within fashion.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with Brand Identity and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with our external agency partner to create content that fits their briefs.
  • Continuously analyse website and social imagery to identify opportunities to refresh or improve photography, regularly testing new creative approaches, reviewing performance, and providing feedback on what works and what doesn’t to support ongoing visual evolution
Key Requirements for Role
  • 3+ years proventrack recordin photography (fashion would be desirablebut not essential).
  • Skills using both iPhone and camera.
  • iPhone videography experience with a social media focus and understanding (essential)
  • Experience withInDesign, photoshop, illustrator, Lightroom
  • Working and directing Models (desirable)
  • Styling experience (desirable)
