An exciting opportunity has arisen to join East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) and the University of Suffolk as a Teacher Practitioner (Pharmacy) on the MPharm programme. This is a fixed-term post for 2 years, delivered on a 50:50 split between clinical practice within ESNEFT and academic teaching at the University of Suffolk. You will work across both Ipswich Hospital site and the University of Suffolk. This post is band 8a (subject to banding confirmation). This unique role combines advanced clinical pharmacy practice with teaching, supervision and curriculum delivery. You will bring real-world experience into the classroom, support pharmacy students across academic and practice-based learning, and contribute to the development of confident, patient-focused graduates equipped for modern pharmacy practice. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacist with a passion for education, offering the opportunity to maintain clinical expertise, influence future workforce development and strengthen the link between NHS practice and academic excellence.
