Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Stockton. This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding locations and is located on high street. It has a good relationship with the local GP surgery/health centre.

Responsibilities

• Dispense 17,000 items a month.
• Provide all national services.
• Provide services to 300 substance misuse patients.
• Dispense 50 community blisters.
• Support daily pharmacy operations and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MBChB? (Note: Original text stated MPharm degree or equivalent) MPharm degree or equivalent.

Required: GPhC registration upon start date. Management experience is desired but not essential.

Additional Information

The pharmacy is open 7am - 9pm Monday–Friday, Saturday 7am-9pm, Sunday 10am-4pm.

We can offer consistent rotas and geographical coverage that suits you. You’ll be supported by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits. We have invested in new technologies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing, to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focused on mental health and wellbeing, and our field managers have completed the Mental Health Awareness course to enable greater support in our pharmacies.
