A busy GP surgery in Greater London is looking for an experienced pharmacist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in community pharmacy and be skilled in medication management. Responsibilities include adding and amending patient medications, liaising with local pharmacies, and conducting medication reviews. The practice emphasizes patient care and offers a friendly environment for staff. This role is essential for supporting the healthcare team and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
We are looking to recruit a pharmacist to join our busy GP surgery. You will join a practice which is friendly, welcoming and encouraging to all staff. With patient care at the center of everything we do. We have 18,000 patients.
Tasks will include adding/amending medications in patients records, dealing with shared care agreements, dealing with pharmacies re out of stock drugs, medicine management, reconciliation of drugs, medication reviews.
We have 5 partners at this site, 4 practice nurses, 4 hca's, 6 salaried GPs. We are a training practice taking in GP trainees, students from Imperial College London, St George's Hospital, paramedic and nursing students. We have an open door policy for all the team. we are sympathetic , nuturing and friendly.
