  • Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools

  • Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
  • Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
  • Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
  • Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting

Need To Know

We are looking for a driven and passionate Pharmacist to join us in our Ferndown store, BH22 9AL.

You will be joining an amazing team made who combined, has over 50 years experience working for Boots. The store is quite a well organised store and is looked after by a very experienced Store Manager. They do approx. 1800 items per week. The provide services such as: Pharmacy First, Contraception service, Seasonal flu, NMS and Hypertension.

Regarding the location, the store is located within a Sainsbury’s, hence having a busy services schedule. It is based 30 minutes from Southampton and 20 minutes from Bournemouth city centre making it close‑by to main cities in the South.
