Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Lifecycle and Variation projects safely and on time.
• Coordinate Asset Surveys and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and performance updates.

Skills

Experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI contracts

Understanding of HTMs, HBNs, CDM 2015

Delivering full MEP projects

Commercial and contract management awareness

Stakeholder management skills
