  • Lead the transition of current pet products onto Aviva’s target state technology, ensuring smooth migration (experience with ICE or Guidewire advantageous).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Aviva and Direct Line to manage business strategy, portfolio prioritisation, pricing, and performance tracking.
  • Drive end‑to‑end customer experience across web, mobile, and apps, working with scrum teams to improve KPIs.
  • Develop business cases and scope requirements for product improvements and new initiatives.
  • Translate product themes, epics, and features into a prioritised sprint backlog.
  • Champion agile delivery frameworks and promote best practices within the team.
  • Monitor and communicate product performance, including behavioural insights and financial metrics.

  • Ability to set and deliver commercial and customer KPIs, using insights and analytics to drive improvements.
  • Strong skills in business case development, benefits calculation, and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Track record of working in a fast‑paced, agile environment, driving delivery and managing sprints.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multi‑disciplinary teams.
