A global engineering leader in Aberdeen is seeking a Personnel Logistics Coordinator. The role involves coordinating travel and logistics for offshore personnel, ensuring compliance with training and certification requirements. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The position offers a hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Purpose of the position: As Personnel Logistics Coordinator you will report to our Personnel Logistics Team Lead. You will support the core business function to ensure that company and corporate objectives are met by providing efficient logistics support within the HR dept. You will be the Personnel Logistics focal point for allocated vessels and manage all aspects of personnel logistics.
Experience: 2-3 years coordinating international travel and visa arrangements in a fast-paced Personnel Logistics Department within the ROV, Aviation, or Marine sectors of the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical skills: Visa processes, Offshore training/certification requirements, International travel requirements & restrictions.
IT skills: intermediate MS package
What else should you know? Availability on-call 1:4 is required
