The ideal candidate will provide tailored services enhancing wellbeing and lifestyle, ensuring individuals develop skills and confidence. Candidates should have experience motivating others and be comfortable with various social challenges. Competitive salary of £24,650 to £29,000 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, healthcare cash plan, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of the criminal justice system or as a peer mentor is desirable.
• Experience in working with groups or individuals to motivate change.
• Comfortable working with a variety of people facing social difficulties.

• Ensure service user attendance and record achievements.
