Responsibilities

• Show passion for hospitality, leisure and fitness, and greet members with a smile.
• Build relationships with gym members.
• Deliver outstanding customer service leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
• Spot and address potential issues before they arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe club environment, including monitoring the pool area and ensuring first class cleanliness.
• Introduce newcomers to the club through orientations and inductions.
• Deliver leading fitness classes.
• Co‑ordinated or support the Club team to create a slick member experience.

Qualifications

• Personal training qualification.
• Experience in a similar environment.

£24,000-£25,000 basic DOE, plus uncapped commission (Full Time OTE £700-£1,200 per month).

Working Hours

Full Time, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays).
