About the Role

This leading regional firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor / Associate to join its Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence team in Gatwick, West Sussex. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including but not limited to Road Traffic Collisions (RTCs), Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers' Liability and cases of misdiagnosis and failure to treat.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload under supervision, assisting senior team members on complex cases, and contributing to the success of the department.

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE as an experienced Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor, with exposure to both areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, protocols, and case law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of client care.
• A proactive approach to business development.
