Support Worker required to support James, a 14‑year‑old who lives in the Crook area. James is chatty and loves to socialize; he enjoys being out and about, talking to others and having fun. He is wheelchair‑bound, paralyzed from the waist down with spina bifida and hydrocephalus (VP shunt), and suffers from neuropathic bowel and bladder. James can become unsettled when overwhelmed or disregulated. He needs support with safety when crossing roads and may require assistance pushing his wheelchair if he becomes tired.

We are looking for someone who can engage James in enjoyable activities and take him out and about 2 days during the holidays for 3 hours per day.
