  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head of School.
  • Proactively manage a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events with precision.
  • Liaise confidently with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders in both English and French.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Be a reliable point of contact, always ready to assist and problem-solve as challenges arise.
Qualifications
  • Is fluent in English (native level) with good proficiency in written and spoken French.
