Salary: Up to £40,000

Location: City (1-day WFH)

Our client, a leading global real estate firm, is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to join their Office Leasing team on a 12-month maternity contract. Supporting a senior executive and a wider team of 15, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation known for genuinely valuing and investing in their business support staff.

About the Role:
  • Full inbox management for the senior executive
  • Complex and ever-changing diary coordination for the senior executive and wider team
  • Supporting with invoicing and billing processes
  • Organising international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Acting as the go-to person within the office leasing team
About You:
  • Experience within real estate is beneficial but not essential
  • Solid experience with billing and invoicing is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn and develop your career
  • Highly organised, on the ball, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
