Job Details

We are looking for 3 Personal Advisors on a 12 month fixed term contract. Dudley Care Experienced Team is expanding to support care experienced young people from Dudley. You will need a positive, can-do approach and the willingness to work with partners and colleagues to overcome challenges. Previous experience of managing a caseload and working directly with young people who may be vulnerable due to early childhood experiences is essential. You should guide and encourage young people to overcome challenges to achieve their aspirations, helping them develop independence skills to live successfully within their local communities. You will be young person focused, relational and restorative in your approach, with the best outcomes for the young people you support. Car driver is essential.
