Following a recent global go-live of Workday Finance & HCM, the organisation is now focused on embedding user adoption, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value across their international operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional with proven Workday experience to take ownership of the post-implementation adoption journey. As their permanent Workday Change Manager, you will:

  • Identify opportunities to increase system usage and address adoption gaps.
  • Build and implement engaging communication, training, and enablement programmes to improve confidence and capability across global teams.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and embed Workday best practices.
  • Support the rollout of new Workday features and modules, ensuring change impacts are understood and well-managed.
  • Develop clear and practical business change documentation, guides, and job aids.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance leadership, embedding change management principles across wider transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven Change Management experience within Workday Finance and HCM transformation projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Workday training and adoption, including content design and delivery.
  • A track record of supporting post-go-live optimisation and driving user adoption of Workday or similar HR/Finance platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex, global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative, people-focused approach, confident engaging with teams across HR, Finance, and Technology.

If you are an experienced Change Manager with Workday expertise, passionate about helping organisations realise the full value of their investment, we’d love to hear from you.
