Role

  • Run A/B tests, optimize funnels, and iterate on creatives

  • Model LTV and subscription growth, make data-driven recommendations

  • Report directly to CMO and work in a lean, fast-moving team

Profile
  • 3-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

  • Proven track record in managing high-volume paid media budgets

  • Strong analytics focus: subscription models, LTV modeling

  • B2C background required (industry flexible)
