Qualifications

• Ideally accredited by the International Coaching Federation or related organizations.
• Comfortable supporting both new starters and experienced agents.
• Confident using digital tools for coaching and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Identify coaching needs using performance data and collaborate with Team Managers.
• Conduct one-to-one and team coaching sessions.
• Participate in team discussions and calibration sessions.
• Maintain coaching records and monitor performance.
