A fantastic opportunity has become available at Llais for a People Services Support Assistant, Band 4, 37.5 hours per week. This is a hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working. You will support employees across every stage of the employee journey from recruitment through to exit. This position is essential for maintaining an efficient HR service and for contributing to a supportive and engaging workplace culture that aligns with our commitment to providing exceptional services to the people of Wales. The postholder will be required to support colleagues (both verbally and in writing) and determine the best course of action in response to queries. This could involve directing the contact to the correct policy, resolving more basic/routine queries, or escalating more complex queries to the appropriate person in the team. Some analysis is required to determine if it’s possible to deal with the query themselves by providing advice, signposting to the correct policy or process, or referring to more senior colleagues if it requires more than the provision of advice from a range of options.
