We’re looking for a People Services Manager to lead our HR People Services (HRPS) team and drive seamless, high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic HR advisory support for our Central Functions – including IT, Sales, and Finance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading a talented HRPS team to deliver onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, data management, and policy support with precision and care.
  • Acting as a trusted escalation point for complex or sensitive queries, offering expert guidance and resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK & Ireland employment law, internal policies, GDPR, and working regulations.
  • Managing employee relations (ER) cases with professionalism and empathy.
  • Partnering with HRBPs, HR Managers, Operations and Centres of Excellence (Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS) to deliver people initiatives and day-to-day support.
  • Driving process improvement and automation to elevate the employee experience.
  • Managing relationships with external providers (Occupational Health, benefits, tech) to ensure service excellence.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Providing HR advisory support to our Central Functions, helping leaders navigate people matters with confidence.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services and advisory roles.
  • Strong grasp of UK employment law, HR systems, and processes.
  • Skilled in managing employee relations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and resilient with a proactive mindset.
  • Passionate about delivering a great employee experience and driving continuous improvement.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience); project management and recruitment exposure are a plus.
