You will advise managers and employees on policies and processes while acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. About The Role: The People team are recruiting for a People Services Coordinator on a full time basis until July 2027. Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, you’ll provide effective and efficient People Services support for all managers and employees of Volkswagen Group UK. You will be the first point of contact for the whole business for all general People or HR related services. You will provide advice to managers and employees on our policies and processes as well as provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle from onboarding all our new starters, to processing employee changes and leavers.
