Overview

About The Role: The People team are recruiting for a People Services Coordinator on a full time basis until July 2027. Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, you’ll provide effective and efficient People Services support for all managers and employees of Volkswagen Group UK. You will be the first point of contact for the whole business for all general People or HR related services. You will provide advice to managers and employees on our policies and processes as well as provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle from onboarding all our new starters, to processing employee changes and leavers.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for general People or HR related services for the whole business.
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on policies and processes.
  • Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding new starters through to processing changes and exits.
Skills & Experience
  • Understand the HR impact to the business and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with supporting the implementation of new HR systems or project work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, and demonstrate high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player who can work closely with the wider People team.
