A regional healthcare provider is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People Services Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making and communication skills and support employee relations by overseeing complex employment matters. You will also be responsible for delivering training on HR policies and engaging with staff at all levels. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team as an Advisor. This individual should be enthusiastic and pro‑active with a continuous improvement mind‑set. This is an opportunity for a self‑motivated, well‑organised individual who wishes to develop their HR skills working in a fast‑paced environment. This role will work alongside a team of HR professionals to develop a responsive and high‑quality advisory service. Applicants should be able to demonstrate decision‑making skills and critical‑thinking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will be expected to liaise with staff at all levels, senior managers and external organisations, as well as developing strong working relationship with trade union representatives within the Trust.
