A recruitment agency is seeking a People Relationship Advisor in Greater London on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR expertise and relational support, assisting managers in building positive employee relationships. Applicants should have a professional HR qualification, detailed knowledge of UK employment law, and strong communication skills. We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a People Relationship Advisor on a 2-month contract highly likely to be extended at client’s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 24.25 - 31.99 per hour
Summary:
The People Relationship Advisor supports a designated portfolio of services by providing high-quality HR expertise and relational people support. Acting as a trusted partner, the postholder helps managers build positive inclusive and constructive employee relationships, strengthening engagement and supporting Camden’s relational approach to people management.
The role ensures consistent and expert advice across the full spectrum of HR practice including employee relations, organisational change, HR policy, workforce planning and development, while helping services deliver impactful outcomes for residents.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across People and Inclusion, the Advisor contributes to building a human-centred culture where learning, experimentation, compassion and partnership drive organisational success.
