A regional health service provider in Carmarthen is looking for a dynamic individual to lead the implementation and delivery of high-profile programmes across the organization. The successful candidate will manage complex projects autonomously, enhancing operational effectiveness. Strong skills in programme management and a collaborative spirit are essential. Candidates fluent in Welsh are encouraged to apply, though proficiency in English is also acceptable. This role plays a crucial part in shaping healthcare services for the community.
Main duties of the role include, but are not exclusive to, leading and managing a range of strategic programmes and projects, often on a national basis, and ensuring that a recognised programme management approach is built into all aspects of work. Co‑ordinate and deliver the workstreams within the programme, maintaining a planning framework with supporting processes for both long, medium and short‑term programme objectives. Work with senior managers and teams to identify opportunities for continual improvement by utilising programme and project management methodologies.

We are looking for a dynamic person who will lead the implementation and delivery of a range of high‑profile programmes and workstreams across the organisation in collaboration with colleagues and partners. Acting with the highest level of autonomy, the postholder will be expected to be the strategic lead for managing complex programmes which impact across the organisation. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
