A renowned compliance organization is seeking an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator for a hybrid role based in Edinburgh. This position focuses on managing HR-related audit documentation, verifying supplier invoices, and supporting compliance strategies. Ideal candidates will have a background in auditing or supplier management, strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. The role involves collaboration with various teams and offers a fixed-term contract during maternity leave.
We are looking for
an experienced Compliance Co-ordinator to work within our People Employment Team on a -month fixed term Maternity Leave contract. This role will be part office / part home based.
This role will involve working closely with our Payroll Compliance and Global Auditing Team on Statutory Audits. The role holder will also work with our Global Sustainability Team on Investor and rd Party Audit questionnaires as well as working with our Procurement and Finance Teams on Supplier and Invoice management.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following :
