A prominent UK building society is seeking a People Core Programme Manager to lead HR-related change programmes. As a People Core Programme Manager, you’ll work with the PLT and Core Programme team to identify and plan priority activity to effectively deliver the People (change) activity related to the Core programme. You will work with and influence stakeholders to achieve cost effective outcomes whilst setting standards, coaching others and embedding effective governance routines.
