  • Evolve People Analytics – defining current / future requirements & reporting tools
  • Manage / analyse complex workforce data; delivering insight & data driven solutions
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to develop tailored reporting capability
  • Drive analytics & reporting through utilisation, providing coaching and training
  • Lead the move into predictive analytics and analysis
Qualifications

Educated to degree level you have strong progressive experience in Workforce Analytics and reporting, as well as;

  • Strong analytics and data management experience in a variety of tools, used both to analyse and present data
  • Workforce analytics data strategy and people analytics interventions
  • Data visualisation and dashboarding; Power BI, Tableau
  • Predictive analytics / statistical analysis
