About Us
Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of weekly and monthly timesheets submitted by temporary staff.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and candidates to resolve timesheet discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry into payroll systems.
- Assist in preparing and running the payroll cycle in line with internal deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with HMRC legislation and internal payroll policies.
- Generate and distribute payslips and related payroll documentation.
- Support with the reconciliation of payroll reports and respond to payroll queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and timesheet logs.
About You
- Previous experience in a payroll or timesheet processing role - ideally within a recruitment or agency environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Confident with Excel
- A problem-solver with great communication skills and a proactive attitude.
