Salary: Up to £28,000 + Benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Processing payroll for a large, multi-site organisation (UK & Ireland), covering over 13,000 colleagues across various pay frequencies.
  • Support diverse payroll processes across retail, distribution centres, and our Customer Support Centre.
  • Input and maintain accurate payroll data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with deadlines.
  • Resolve colleague queries promptly and efficiently, collaborating with line managers for timely resolutions.
  • Handling a range of payroll matters including statutory payments, absence, and auto-enrolment.
  • Supporting continuous improvements to simplify processes and enhance service delivery.
  • At least 2 years experience working with a managed service payroll provider for 3,000+ employees.
  • Skilled in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
  • Experience with ResourceLink or a similar HRIS/payroll system is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
